Scientific Forum and Proposers’ Day
24-26 October, Budapest
-Call for Contributions-
Dear Colleague,
You are cordially invited to participate at the 14th edition of the International Conference on The Modern Information Technology in the Innovation Processes of the Industrial Enterprises (MITIP2012).
This year, the Scientific Forum of the conference is extended with a Proposer’s Day special track of sessions where participants can learn of regional and international collaboration opportunities (upcoming EU, regional and bilateral country-specific calls), share project proposal ideas, and find the right partners for future collaborative work (for further details please see the preliminary program at www.mitip.org).
Highlights:
25-26 October: Share your work in one of the conference’s scientific tracks.
Accepted papers will be published in the Proceedings of the Conference. Additionally, authors of selected best papers will be invited to submit extended versions of their papers for publication in Special issues/Special sections of prestigious scientific Journals (official announcement of the Journals will be done by April 30).
Due-date for conference paper submission: 15 May
Acceptance information: 30 June
Due-date for decision on papers selected for Journal publication: 30 September
24 October: find out about calls and funding opportunities, meet our invited EU representatives and form project consortia
Now: give higher visibility to your projects
The event web-site features a section ‘Supporting projects’ with the following opportunities:
-Featuring of the project logo, a short description of the project, and a link to its web-page on the event web-site
-A stand at the event for placing leaflets or any other project documentation.
-Possibility to have a specific project/project topic track at the conference (highlighted as such on the event site).
To be admitted as ‘Supporting project’ the following conditions need to be met:
-The project topic should be aligned with the scope of the conference
-The MITIP2012 web-site should be cross referenced on the given project web-site
-At least one representative of the consortium should be present at least in one of the event days (24, 25 or 26 October).
If you were interested in enhancing the visibility to any of your projects, please let me know accordingly.
