Webinar - webes szeminárium UltraCam felvételek hatékony feldolgozásáról

Postánkból: a PCI, Microsoft és Wexcel webes kurzusa fejlett technológia témakörben.
Meeting ID and Entry code megadása szükséges a bejelentkezéskor. Ezeket az adatokt csak kérésre adjuk meg érdeklődő tagjainknak.
In October 2010, PCI Geomatics and Vexcel Imaging GmbH introduced the GeoImaging Accelerator Aerial (GXL-A), a new high speed production solution that extends the UltraMap photogrammetric workflow software to provide a high-speed, automated workflow for the creation of orthorectified imagery and mosaics from the UltraCam series of cameras.
In this Webinar, you will learn:
  • How GXL-A can help you to generate additional revenue through the implementation of a scalable solution that will allow you to process terabytes of imagery per day in a highly automated and efficient manner (thousands of UltraCam images in standard 60/30 overlap projects)
  • How GXL-A will reduce your expenses through the deployment of an integrated, off-the-shelf hardware and software solution that works directly with UltraMap output
  • How GXL-A will improve your operations through an informative interface, efficient job management and simple licensing
  • How GXL-A will help you to prevent incurring future losses, by providing a extensible solution whereby you can add capability based on specific customer requirements or market demand
The webcast will include an introduction to the PCI Geomatics/Microsoft Vexcel Imaging alliance from Alexander Weichert, Business Director of Microsoft and Managing Director for Vexcel Imaging GmbH, and will be followed by a presentation and demonstration of the GeoImaging Accelerator Aerial production system from David Piekny, Product Manager for PCI Geomatics.
Who should attend?
Aerial mapping companies, Departments of Transportation, Surveyors, Photogrammetrists, organizations planning for digital camera operation and production.
Presenters:
  • Alexander Weichert, Managing Director, Vexcel Imaging GmbH
  • David Piekny, Product Manager, PCI Geomatics Inc.

Int'l Forum on Disaster Management, Building and Construction of Safety

Származási hely: Vörösiszap-elöntés
Date: 16-17 November 2010
Venue: Baku, Azerbaijan
An UNECE Event. Quotation from its website (click on the header):

"Across the UNECE region, people and the places where they live, are at risk. Natural disasters like earthquakes, hurricanes or flooding cause material devastation and human casualties. Human casualties and damage to the housing stock can be avoided if an effective system of disaster prevention is created that includes provisions for building safety. National building codes in the region should conform to the highest standards, but more importantly, be enforced, in order to prevent these disasters.
The UNECE Committee on Housing and Land Management has decided to address this problem and organize a workshop on building safety/disaster preparedness in Baku, Azerbaijan. The workshop is planned to take place on 16-17 November 2010."
