ABSTRACT Our speakers will discuss how ESRI and its users are engaging directly with Agenda 2030 actors to capture, collaborate, and communicate with sustainable development data. They will review a platform for engagement with the SDG data indicators including examples of Dashboards, Open Data & APIs, Story Maps and Applications. Let's take these building blocks and transform them into powerful information products that will demand action and get us closer to achieving the Goals. 

SPEAKERS Charles Brigham and Adam Pfister are with the Nonprofit and Global Organizations accounts division of Environmental Systems and Research Institute (ESRI). 
Charles has a substantial experience in the development sector including Social Accountability and Open Data in Indonesian World Bank projects aiming to empower village communities to participate in the planning process and project implementation. He was part of a World Bank HQ team which designed and launched the Mapping for Results platform, to enhance project monitoring and evaluation. He has also worked for the United Nations, NASA, CARICOM, and a number of countries in Central America, Africa and Asia. Adam is Solution Engineer, he focuses on architectural and development discussions around spatial technology and emerging trends within the industry.
