Scientific Forum and Proposers’ Day
24-26 October, Budapest
Dear Colleagues,
1. Please be reminded that the Pre-registration for the Proposers’ Day is open 1 more week only at http://www.mitip.org/infoday_
(Participants that have opted for proposal idea presentations will receive information on the scheduling of time slots at the email address they indicated, after the pre-registration due-date)
2. The due-date for camera-ready papers for the scientific sessions is 25th August, please submit your final contributions via the EasyChair system:
3. The conference dinner of 25th October will be organized as a boat cruise, covering beautiful sights of the Hungarian capital during a three hours trip on the Danube river. Accompanying persons are welcome as well, but please do not forget to indicate their attendance on the registration form.
