The exhibition will present the FP7-funded “Regions of Knowledge” project called THE ISSUE (Traffic-Health-Environment: Intelligent Solutions Sustaining Urban Economies) as an example of using space and ICT technologies to develop innovative solutions to reduce traffic congestion, improve air quality, promote transport mobility and intermodality. This 3-day exhibition (8-10 October 2013), organized by NEREUS in partnership with Midi-Pyrénées region and THE ISSUE project partners, will be held in the framework of the “100 EUrban solutions” Exhibition route within the 11th edition of the Open Days (7-10 October 2013) - http://ec.europa.eu/regional_
A festive interregional networking event will open the exhibition on 8 October 2013. The open speeches by NEREUS representatives, representative of Midi-Pyrénées region and THE ISSUE project coordinator will be followed by a cocktail dînatoire.
