The AgriFuture Days are dedicated to the future of the agricultural sector in developed and developing countries. Keynote speakers will talk about current systems, social preferences, political thoughts and difficulties to break institutional deadlocks. Other referees will discuss the challenge of the global food demand which is forecasted torise by 70% by 2050, and the parallel slowdown in productivity growth together with the increased pressure on the environment and the natural resources. The call for innovation with know-how transfer from science to the farming community, technology and its adoption, new business models fostering cooperation to accelerate effectiveness to meet these challenges will round off the program together with some specific workshops, poster-, software- and project presentations. The conference is part of the Future-Congress which takes place June 17th to 21st.
