Dear Colleague,
Please find attached the updated, final conference program. Please note that we have introduced several changes compared to the previous version, in order to accommodate received requests.
REMINDER:
1. Presenters of proposal ideas
The number at the end of the code received determines the order of the presentations.
Please use the code when naming the slides you are preparing and either a.) send the slides of your presentation to me one day in advance of the event, OR b.) bring it on a pendrive (not CD, DVD!) and on the event day hand it to me on the very first coffee break.
After the event, a special folder will be accessible (with password) to the participants, therefore on the very last slide of your presentation please include the following sentence, IF the case: “I wish this presentation to be made accessible to event participants on the common MITIP folder” (slides missing this sentence will not be uploaded). Thank you.
2. Presenters of scientific contributions
The program features the session chairs, respectively the rooms where the presentations will be held. Please hand over to your session chair the slides of your presentation before the start of the session, thank you.
